  • 30-Day Return Window – Take your time to decide! You’ve got 30 days from purchase to initiate a return
  • Lifetime Warranty – We stand behind our quality with a limited lifetime warranty against defects
  • Easy Process – We’ve made returns as simple and straightforward as possible

 

How Returns Work

What You Need to Know

  • Items must be in their original, resaleable condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required – we can also check this in our system

Shipping Fees

  • For change of mind or wrong size, you’ll need to pay for return shipping – this helps us keep our prices fair!
  • For any damaged items under warranty, we’ll cover the shipping
  • If a return is declined, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

The Return Process

1. Start Your Return

  • Email us at hello@caveri.com.au
  • Include your order number and what you’re returning
  • Take clear photos of the items with their tags
  • Tell us why you’re returning – we use this feedback to improve our products!

2. Ship It Back

  • We’ll email you the correct return address – please don’t send returns to the address on your package
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot process returns we don’t receive
  • Share your tracking number with us for speedier processing

3. Get Your Refund

  • We’ll inspect returns within 3-5 business days
  • Once approved, we’ll process your refund right away
  • Expect to see the credit in 1-2 statement cycles on your bank account or credit card

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Here’s the fastest route:
  1. Place a new order for what you want (so you don’t miss out!)
  2. Return the original item following the steps above
  3. You’ll get a refund once we receive your return

Cancellations

  • Haven’t shipped yet? We’ll cancel and refund you in full
  • Already shipped? No worries – just follow the return process when it arrives

Promotional Orders

  • Returns from promotional purchases will be prorated
  • Refund amounts will reflect any discounts applied to the original order

  1. Double-check your bank account (sometimes it’s there but easy to miss!)
  2. Contact your credit card company – they can tell you if it’s still processing
